Woburn Development Site Acquired
Cabot, Cabot, and Forbes have acquired the property at 120 Commerce Way in Woburn, MA for $12.442 million. The property currently features the Fitzgerald Tile Building, a 53,600 square-foot 1 story industrial warehouse that sits on a 3.42-acre parcel.
The planned development at 120 Commerce Way is a 289-unit luxury multifamily housing development that includes 9,390 square-feet of commercial restaurant and retail space on the ground floor. The 6-story building will include 29 affordable units as well.
