Wood Framing Begins on First Residential Building at Suffolk Downs
has begun wood framing on Amaya, the first residential building under construction at Suffolk Downs. The residential building will feature 475 apartment units across 415,000 square-feet of newly-constructed residential space.
The Suffolk Downs project won approval in Boston and Revere in 2020 and will feature 16+ million square-feet of mixed-use space at the former Suffolk Downs racetrack.
