Wood Framing Has Started at The Ceinture in South Boston
Wood framing is now underway for the upcoming 54 unit luxury condo project The Ceinture in South Boston. Above a 41 car ground-level parking garage, the project will offer a mix of unit sizes including 1-bedrooms, 1-bedroom plus dens, and 2-bedrooms ranging from approximately 700 to 1,300 square feet. Amenities at The Ceinture would include concierge service, a state-of-the-art gym, a club room, communal workspace, luxurious finishes throughout and a common roof deck with gas grills overlooking the Boston skyline.
