Wood Framing Making Progress on Mira in East Boston
Wood frame construction is progressing on the MIRA in East Boston. The approved six-story 84,484 square foot mixed-use building will contain 64 residential condominiums and approximately 395 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Residential units will range from one-bedroom to three-bedrooms and will be configured as follows: 5 one-bedroom, 13 one-bedroom/one study, 36 two-bedroom, and 10 three-bedroom.
