Wood framing underway at PORT45, new South Boston luxury condos now on sale
Framing of PORT45’s five-story superstructure is well underway and has reached full height along A Street. The building's steel base has been fully framed, with the concrete foundation fully poured. Installation of prefabricated wood panels is underway above the base in order to frame PORT45's 105 contemporary luxury condominium residences, which are on sale and 60%-reserved. Located in South Boston steps to Broadway Station, the South End, the Seaport District and Downtown Boston, PORT45 will feature residences ranging from one to three-plus bedrooms, in addition to 3,400 square feet of ground-floor retail.
