Wood Framing Underway on Downtown Winthrop Project
Rough wood framing has begun on The Somerset as construction progresses on the project. Plans call for 29 units with one commercial suite, two studios, 15 one-beds, and 12 two-beds. In addition to the commercial suite, there is a separate smaller office (227 SF) on the first floor that can be used as a manager/rental office.
