Wood Framing Underway on Hanover Wellesley
Wood framing is now underway on the Hanover Wellesley development while work on the concrete cores continue. This mixed-use development is located at the junction of Route 9 and Route 128/I-95 in the Wellesley Office Park. The 40R project will set aside 88 of the 350 residential units for income restriction. The project is owned by John Hancock Life Insurance.
