Wood Partners Break Ground on Alta Union House
Georgia-based, Wood Partners has broke ground on Alta Union House in Framingham, MA. The upcoming project will bring a new high-end apartment complex to downtown Framingham. Approximately 196 high-end apartments and a new parking garage will be constructed on the corner of Concord, Howard, and Kendall streets.
The development has a scheduled opening of fall 2019 and will become the first major transit-oriented development to spring up in the vicinity of Framingham’s downtown commuter rail station.
