Worcester Affordable Housing Project Secures $6.9M in Construction Financing
Worcester Common Ground has secured $6,934,255 in construction financing for their 120-126 Chandler Street project via Eastern Bank. The development calls for the renovation of the former Torrey Razor Co. and the addition of a 5-story new construction building. The project will include 31 apartments, all designated affordable plus around 1,600 square feet of commercial space and a community room for residents. The development is expected to open in summer 2021.
