Work Begins on Concrete Cores for Marine Wharf Hotel
Suffolk Construction has started work on 2 concrete cores for the Marine Wharf Hotel project near Boston's cruise terminal on Summer Street. The project will include a 245-room Hampton Inn and a 166-room Homewood Suites. On-site amenities will include a fitness center, indoor pool, a 500 seat restaurant. The hotel’s first floor and has been raised 3’ above the current road grades to accommodate potential future sea level rise.
