Work Begins on Lab Outfit at Lexington Technology Park
Takeda Pharmaceuticals has secured an interior fitout permit for the building, known as B400, for $26,710,004. Work includes an expansion of the building, new MEP systems, and architectural finishes for office, bathrooms, laboratory, cleanroom manufacturing, and storage spaces.
