Work Continues at 45 L Street
Construction is ongoing for the upcoming mixed-use project on L Street in South Boston. The building will include 30 residential units, which the developer is currently trying to change from condos to apartments. The development will also feature ground floor commercial space along with 32 parking spaces, a fitness center, and meeting room. Residences will include 20 2-bedroom units, 4 3-bedroom units, and 6 1-bedroom units.
