Work Continues on Foundation/Below Grade Parking for Seaport Square Block L4
Construction is ongoing for the foundation and two levels of below-grade parking at Seaport Square Block L4, future home of Amazon. Block L4 will feature 444,000 square feet of office space above two levels of retail, 81,000 square feet. The project will also bring a new park to the area, connecting Summer Street to the Waterfront, Harbor Square Park will be a 1/3 mile public promenade designed by the world-renowned landscape architecture firm James Corner Field Operations, possibly best known for their work on Manhattan’s High Line.
Construction on Seaport Square Block L4 is expected to be complete in 2021.
