Work Nearing Completion on Ace Flats in Reading
Work is nearing completion on the under-construction Ace Flats in Reading. Located a few blocks from the Reading commuter rail MBTA station, the building will include 55 units, 25% affordable along with 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. The site design also includes a 69-space enclosed parking area on the ground floor along with an indoor common area and a green roof deck/courtyard.
