Work to Begin on 450+ Unit Ashlar Park in Quincy
Work is set to begin on the Ashlar Park development in Quincy as building permits - valued at $20,020,111, $12,699,576, and $29,050,110 - have been issued to 140 Whitwell, 130 Whitwell, and 120 Whitwell Streets respectively. FoxRock Properties received approval in 2019 to develop 465 residential units across 5 buildings on the nearly 15-acre site.
