Work underway at The Graphic, 171 new apartments coming to Sullivan Square

Work is well underway at The Graphic, a 171-unit apartment development slated for completion this Fall that will bring new residential presence to Sullivan Square. The development consists of two components: the existing Graphic Arts Building, a brick-and-beam former factory, is being restored into 46 loft apartments with authentic beams and columns, and a new four-story modular building containing 125 apartments is being built on site.

Replacement of the Graphic Arts Building’s windows and sandblasting of the interior is complete, and the construction team is now at work installing HVAC utilities, framing individual apartments and installing interior finishes. Construction of the modular building’s foundation is nearing completion, and installation of individual modules to construct the building’s superstructure is expected to commence in April. The modular building will also contain The Graphic’s parking garage.

The Graphic will contain amenities including a Club Room, a game room, a fitness center, a yoga studio and outdoor spaces. The following is a photograph of The Graphic:
