Work Underway for Concrete Core at 1258-1272 Mass. Ave
The concrete core for the first of two buildings along Massachusetts Avenue in Dorchester is beginning to climb. The development is set to include two, six-story buildings featuring 40 apartments total. Units will range in size from studios through two bedrooms. Between the two buildings, there will also be around 1,500 square feet of commercial space and 37 parking spaces.
