67 Vestry Street Update 04/12/22

Work Underway for Luxury Condo Project in Tribeca

General contractor, , is currently hard at work on a 4-story addition atop a luxury residential building in Tribeca. Located at 67 Vestry Street, the historic structure, which was originally built in 1896, will stand 13-stories once complete.

At this time, the heightened concrete core of the superstructure has been molded, and ironworkers are starting to assemble the floor plates.

Developed by , and designed by , the expanded building will total square feet, and contain just condo units. Mind you, when we say "units", we really mean "palaces" because that's how large these residences are set to be.

While the building previously held double the number of condos, its interior is being completely reconfigured so that a maximum of 2 units may occupy any one story. Since most of the units are set to span their entire respective floors, however, any poor soul who shares an elevator button with a neighbor is living bottom-of-the-barrel at 67 Vestry.

On the other end of the tenant hierarchy, the penthouse will amass 3-full stories, and total over 6,200 square feet. On top of this, it will have 2,000 square feet of outdoor space, split between multiple roof terraces.

All of the building's interior design is a product of Gachot Studios. According to, , "each residence is outfitted with white oak wood flooring and crafted around the inspiring city and water views. Residences with western exposures offer unobstructed views of the Hudson River, while those facing north feature the distinctive Manhattan skyline".

Residents will also have access to a full suite of amenities, including a 50-foot long swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center, private parking, and multiple lounge spaces. Must be nice!
