Workforce Housing Development Approved in Dorchester
During the October Meeting, the BPDA approved the mixed-use project proposed at 270 Talbot Avenue in Dorcester. The project will feature twenty-one workforce housing rental units along with 2,960 square feet of retail space, and nine parking spaces.
