Workforce Housing Development Planned in St. Augustine
KB Home has plans for a workforce housing community in St. Augustine Florida. Mills Workforce Housing in St. Augustine, Florida will offer 110 single-family homes. The proposal for the project was rejected by the St. Johns County Commission in December 2023. Following revisions, which include constructing a roundabout, the plans were re-submitted and gained approval in March 2024. The development will be constructed on a 24.31-acre site approximately three miles north of downtown St. Augustine.
