Wrigleyville Apartment Receives Construction Permits
After the demolition of the former structure, the City of Chicago has pulled construction permits for the 1118 West Patterson Avenue development. Macon Construction Group will be the construction group selected to construct the four-story residential building. Timelines have not been announced; however, construction is expected to start soon.
