WS Development Secures $575M Construction Loan for 350 & 400 Summer Street
WS Development has closed on $575M in construction financing through Citizen's Bank for 350 & 400 Summer Street. 400 Summer Street, Block P, will feature a 16 story lab building fully leased to Foundation Medicine with 30,000 square feet of retail space and a new grand public stair Summer and Congress Streets. 350 Summer, Block N will offer 384,000 square feet of office/R&D space along with another 38,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space.
