Wynn Resorts Acquires Broadway Property in Everett
Wynn Resorts has acquired another property near the site of the Wynn Boston Harbor Casino. The group has purchased the property at 103, 105, and 107 Broadway in Everett for $4.25 million.
Currently, the property is home to a standalone building that was the site of now-closed Ciro's Auto Repair and sits .2 miles away from the future casino. The acquisition comes after a string of acquisitions of lower Broadway properties by the group.
