Wynn Resorts Acquires Property in Everett for $3.375 Million
Wynn Resorts has acquired the property at 14 Robin Street in Everett, MA for $3.375 million. The property features a 15,137 square-foot lot with a single-story warehouse storage building on the property. Located on Robin Street in Everett, MA, the property sits just .3 miles away from the future site of the Encore Boston Harbor
In May, Wynn acquired the property at 105 Broadway, also just a short distance from the upcoming casino. The Encore Boston Harbor is a 34-acre, 3 million square foot five-star casino opening June 2019 along the Mystic River in Everett. Encore Boston Harbor will feature a 210,000 square foot gaming facility with approximately 3,200 slot machines and 160 gaming tables. A 24-story, 350-foot tall curved glass tower will contain over 600 luxury hotel rooms with a standard room size of over 600 square feet.
