Wynwood Plaza Developers Submit Application to FAA
Developers Oak Row Equities and L&L Holding Company have submitted an application to the Federal Aviation Administration to build their 212 foot tall project Wynwood Plaza. The developers are still waiting for a permit from Miami's Building Department.
Wynwood Plaza is planned to include a 266,000 square office building, a 509-unit apartment building, and a 25,000 square foot outdoor public plaza.
