Wynwood Station Nearing Demolition with $67M Construction Loan
Developers planning the Wynwood Station at 45 NE 27th St in Miami, Fl are preparing for demolition as they have just been granted a $67 million construction.Crews have also reportedly been on the project site preparing to clear the land for the upcoming 8-story residential structure. Wynwood Station will offer 201 apartment units, ground floor retail space and a 6-level enclosed parking amenity.
