Yorkville Rental Tower Trades for $115M
A 32-story residential tower, located at 408 East 92nd Street in Manhattan's Yorkville neighborhood, has just been sold for $115 million. The structure was purchased by Stonehenge NYC from UBS Bank, in a deal brokered by Eastdil Secured.
Constructed in 2005 and known as "RiverEast", it contains rental apartments, available in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities include a landscaped roof deck, a clubroom lounge, and access to the fitness center at the neighboring, Courtyard Marriott hotel. The building also features ground-floor retail space, which is currently occupied by a Prime Gourmet Market grocery store.
408 East 92nd street was designed by and totals square feet. The building sits just a few blocks away from the 86th Street and 96th Street stations on the N and Q lines.
