A zoning application has been filed for a mixed-use development at 3318 W. Montrose in Albany Park. Planned by developer Yuriy Chvyrenko, the 65-foot building would include 2,720 square feet of retail space, 25 residential units and 17 parking spaces. Plans include a shared rooftop deck for residents.
