Zoning Application Filed for Residential Conversion at 65 E. Wacker

A zoning application has been filed for the conversion of the historic 1928 Millinery Mart building in the Loop from office to residential use. The plans for the 24-story structure, which currently features a Morton's Steakhouse on the ground floor, include a complete restoration and modernization of the building, the addition of 255 residential units, a fitness center, a rooftop deck, and co-working spaces.
