Zoning Board approves 45 new Jamaica Plain apartments
The City of Boston’s Zoning Board has approved the 3353 Washington Street mixed-use development in Jamaica Plain, enabling the construction of 45 new residences and 2,000 square feet of retail steps to the MBTA Orange Line. With the Zoning Board’s approval, 3353 Washington Street can now proceed with construction, which is anticipated to commence this year.
