Zoning Change Approved for 1.7M SF IBM Redevelopment in Littleton
A North Andover-based property developer won approval for a change in land use for the former IBM office building on King Street in Littleton. The redevelopment, currently in planning, calls for a 1.7 million SF town commons area featuring multifamily residential space and retail.
The site was acquired in September for $21,150,000.
