Zoning Update for 146-93 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard
The City Planning Commission (CPC) has now voted in approval of an 8-story, mixed-use development, proposed for 146-93 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard in Springfield Gardens, Queens. The proposal has since been sent to the City Council for further evaluation. If the City Council finds no issues, it will be then be passed to the NYC Mayor's Office, which can either green light the project or issue a veto.
Developed by , and designed by , the building in question would contain apartments (consisting of both market-rate and affordable units), and total square feet. It would also have square feet of ground-floor retail space, and parking spaces.
