Zoning Update for 3285 Fulton Street
Since our last update, the mixed-use project, proposed for 3285 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn has finished being evaluated by both the Borough President, and the City Planning Commission (CPC). It has now been passed to the City Council so they can conduct a separate review. Developer, and the are currently seeking zoning permits. Their filed application with the NYC Department of Planning requests a rezoning of the lot from an R5/C2-3 to an R7A/C2-4/EC-6 district.
The 7-story structure would contain approximately square feet of senior housing. This would be divided up into AIRS (Affordable Independent Residences for Seniors) units. There will be an additional 2,750 square feet set aside for a new daycare facility on the ground floor.
