Zoning Update for 98-81 Queens Boulevard
The City Council has now reviewed an application for a proposed project at 98-81 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park, Queens. The council has suggested modifications to the project and these have been sent back to the City Planning Commission (CPC) for review. If the CPC approves, it will then be sent back to the City Council before proceeding to the NYC Mayor's Office. Submitted by Trylon LLC, the application seeks zoning map and text amendments to facilitate a new 15-story mixed-use building. The square-foot development by RJ Capital Holdings would contain residential units, and square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.
