Sedna Beverly is an upcoming multi-family, transit-oriented development located on a 3.78-acre waterfront site at 10-16 Congress Street. The two-building project will include 62 apartments along with a public waterfront park, 1,500 feet of boardwalk, and 1,200 feet of new sea wall. Sedna is located only a 10-minute walk to the MBTA, beaches, parks, marinas and Beverly’s vibrant downtown! The first units are expected to be completed in Q3 2020. 

There will be 87 parking spaces on site. The property required special permits ConCom and Chapter 91 license.
