10 Stack Street is an approved 365,000 square foot office/lab building with a retail base, located on the western edge of Hood Park in Charlestown. The building will aspire to be LEED Gold Certified, Class A space design to accommodate the expectations of high-tech and innovation economy tenants looking for a mix of office & lab space designed and specified to meet contemporary standards for light, fresh air, exhaust, and digital technology standards.
The project is proposed with below-grade parking for 149 cars, outdoor terraces at the second and top floors and retail use on the ground floor.
The revised Hood Park Master Plan project consists of the redevelopment of an approximately 20-acre parcel of land, along Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown known as Hood Park. The revised project envisions a total of approximately 1,735,800 gross square feet of development spread among various buildings with a variety of uses including commercial, residential, hotel, and retail. A total of 1,465 vehicle parking spaces are proposed within the project site.
