Approved four-story residential building featuring 38 apartments located across from the Suffolk Downs MBTA Blue Line station. Apartments would include 12 one-bedrooms averaging 701 square feet, 8 two-bedrooms averaging 1,085 square feet, 15 three-bedrooms averaging 1,168 square feet and 3 four-bedrooms averaging 1,349 square feet. Five apartments would be designated affordable.
Amenities at 11-19 Walley Street would include a top-floor fitness center, common room, and roof deck. An underground parking garage would contain 25 vehicle spaces, in addition to bicycle storage. The proposed project would replace a 5,272-square-foot industrial building home to Continental Machine Products, which currently stands on the ⅓ acre parcel.
