Proposed mixed-use building featuring 57 one- to three-bedroom condominium residences and 3,600 square feet of ground-floor commercial space located steps from the Neponset Greenway and the MBTA Red Line. Seven residences at 1120-1132 Washington Street would be designated affordable.

1120-1132 Washington Street could be developed as apartments depending upon market conditions, financing, and additional factors. Ground-floor commercial space could be used as either two professional offices or a locally owned and operated store.

Open space would be provided on-site at 1120-1132 Washington Street, including a lawn, a patio, and a toddler play area. 86 parking spaces would be provided on-site for residents, in addition to eight spaces for the building's commercial space.
