The 236,331 square foot building features high-bay warehouse space, including 4,033 to 7,233 square feet of first-floor office space.  Additional features include 14 tailboard doors with levelers and 1 drive-in door, new dock seals, ESFR sprinkler system, and new HVAC system.

Built-in 1987, the single-story high-bay building located in the master-planned Forge Park is conveniently situated along I-495 at the newly improved West Central Street/Route 140 Interchange (Exit 17).
