Developer acquires 14,300 square foot Seaver Street parcel for $650K
Last Tuesday, July 12th, 2016, local developer Longden Realty LLC acquired the 14,300 square foot parcel at 12 Seaver Street in Roxbury for $650,000 as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. The parcel is located in Elm Hill steps to Egleston Square. A 5,368 square foot two-unit residential building built in 1900 stands on the parcel. A locus map of the parcel is posted above. Longden Realty LLC is owned and managed by Tim Longden and specializes in rehabilitation of existing properties and development.
