Senior housing development featuring 61 affordable apartment residences and 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Seven residences will be reserved for formerly homeless seniors, and five residences will be reserved for seniors with lifelong disabilities. A second-floor pedestrian bridge will connect 132 Chestnut Hill Avenue to 2Life Communities existing 700-unit campus and amenities including a senior-specialized fitness center, a computer center, a multi-lingual library, an auditorium, an art room, meeting rooms, and lounge areas.

132 Chestnut Hill Avenue's retail space will be occupied by a locally-based, neighborhood friendly tenant, for instance, a kosher café or market. A small public plaza will be constructed along Chestnut Hill Avenue. 21 surface parking spaces will be located on site, including 15 for residents and six for retail. 132 Chestnut Hill Avenue is located a short walk from the MBTA Green Line and frequent bus service.
