Roxbury Building Refinanced for $4.55M

Feldman Land Surveyors has refinanced their office building at 152 Hampden Street in Roxbury for $4.55M via Eastern Bank. Feldman purchased the historic property in January 2016 and features 9,000 square feet of office space and a 10,00 square foot warehouse. 

Feldman Land Surveyors opens new Roxbury office

Feldman Land Surveyors has opened a new office in a restored Roxbury factory building at 152 Hampden Street. The building features 9,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space and 10,000 square feet of warehouse space. Feldman acquired the building for $2.5 million in January 2016 and invested $2 million in renovations. Feldman Land Surveyors owner acquires Roxbury factory for $2.5 million

The Roxbury factory building at 152 Hampden Street was sold yesterday (January 27th, 2016) to 152 Hampden Street LLC, a limited liability company registered to Michael Feldman, President and CEO of Feldman Land Surveyors, for $2.5 million as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. 152 Hampden Street is situated on a 11,647 square foot lot located steps to Dudley Square and the Newmarket MBTA station.
