The Approved Project consists of a new 6-story building measuring approximately 61,250 gross square feet and containing 64 residential ownership units, located just a seven-minute walk from both the Roxbury Crossing and Jackson Square MBTA stations. The preliminary unit mix consists of 32 one-bedroom units, 24 one-bedroom plus den units, and 5 two-bedroom units in Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood. Units will range in size from approximately 695 square feet to 946 square feet

The project will also include 27 on-site parking spaces. The site is currently used for overflow parking for the 166 Terrace Street renovation which was completed in 2011 by the same Proponent.
