Demo Underway at 191 Condor in East Boston

Demo is underway at 191 Condor Street in East Boston to make way for an upcoming 15,000 square foot condo building. 191 Condor will contain 9 two-bedroom units along with a common roof deck. The building is part of the approved 2 unit project which will also feature 14 condos at 211 Condor Street. The Eagle Hill project will also offer parking for 21 cars.

Building Permit Granted for East Boston Development

A building permit has been issued for the project at 191 and 211 Condor Street in East Boston.

The two approved residential buildings are located in East Boston's Eagle Hill overlooking the Chelsea River. The project will feature 23 for-sale condominium residences, including 20 market-rate units and 3 affordable units, across two new buildings. 

Revisions to East Boston’s Condor Street Development Approved

Originally approved in 2017, an NPC was submitted to pull the new structure back from the edge of Condor Street, away from the waterfront along the Chelsea River. As a result, the building will be smaller upon completion.

The following changes were made to the proposed building located at 211 Condor Street: a reduction of two residential units, a reduction of three off-street parking spaces, and a reduction in the gross floor area.

191 & 211 Condor Street, 23 condominium residences, approved in East Boston

191 & 211 Condor Street, a new residential development located in East Boston featuring two new buildings with a total of 23 homeownership condominium residences, was approved at last night (June 15th, 2017)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. Three residences at 191 & 211 Condor Street will be designated affordable. 191 & 211 Condor Street will require additional approval by the City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in order to proceed with construction.

23 condominium residences proposed in East Boston's Eagle Hill

Boston Real Estate Capital proposes to construct two new buildings in East Boston's Eagle Hill neighborhood overlooking the Chelsea River featuring a total of 23 condominium residences. The proponent has filed plans for the project with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project.
