226 Causeway Street consists of a 12-story “brick & beam” mixed-use building located in Boston’s Bulfinch Triangle. The building was originally known as the Stop N’ Shop Bakery Building a.k.a the Sunshine Biscuit Company building. The building underwent a complete renovation in 2002 that converted the building into modern office space and luxury condominiums while preserving the historical character of an early 1900s vintage building. The redevelopment included the addition of six stories of residential space above the office/retail component. Recently, the building has received $1.7 million in capital improvements, including a lobby renovation.
