Nice looking high rise structure but will it get built when the "low riders" (keep it at 55 feet in height!!) of the North End start screaming about TOO TALL, SCALE, TOO DENSE, NOT IN CHARACTER WITH THE NORTH END and so forth and so forth? I am sure there will be law suits strewn about by North Enders seeking to derail the project. The red brick façade of the tower is a nice touch as a means to blend it in with the nearby red bricked low rise structures of the adjacent North end! Still, the height of this elegant building will probably get bob-tailed downwards due to the actions of the aforementioned residents of the high rise adverse historic North End!
