New construction four-story mixed-use building sited along Blue Hill Avenue. The building on Blue Hill Ave includes 6,100 square feet of ground-floor retail, 38 residential units (one and two bedrooms) and 32 parking spaces.
Ground floor space is also included for management offices bicycle storage and a mechanical equipment room.
Of the 38 total units, 25 are affordable per DNDs RFP requirements. Of the thirteen other units, five (5) units are designated as workforce housing affordable to households between 75 and 100% of AMI and covered by the City's Inclusionary Development Program.
The project also includes a new two-family residence on Holborn Street bringing the total project to 40 units.
