Approved mixed-use development featuring 132 residential units, 25,000 square feet of retail and a four-story, 132,000-square-foot self-storage facility located in the heart of Jamaica Plain steps from Forest Hills Station. 88 residential units and 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail will be located in a five-story mixed-use building located at the corner of Washington and McBride Streets; this component of the project is currently listed for sale.

The storage facility will be developed by SSG Development; both the mixed-use building and storage facility are designed by BL Companies. 44 luxury condominium residences, which will be developed by New Boston Ventures, will be located in a four-story residential building along Burnett Street designed by Studio 3.0.

A total of 166 parking spaces will be located across the project site, including 36 spaces in a garage underneath the Burnett Street residential building, 80 spaces in a garage underneath the mixed-use building and 50 surface parking spaces for the self-storage building.
