About Hilton Garden Inn Expansion Project

The approved project includes the elimination of a 1-story, approx. 4,035 square foot retail building on the eastern edge of the Project site and the construction of a 5-story, 84-room addition to the existing Hilton Garden Inn hotel.

Existing amenities at the Hilton Garden Inn include an indoor pool, a fitness center, a business center, flexible meeting and event space, and Garden Grille & Bar, an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, dinner, and drinks. 25 parking spaces would be eliminated as part of the proposed expansion, reducing total on-site parking to 321 vehicle spaces.
