Beach House Revere Refinanced for $63.01 Million

Baystone Development has refinanced their property known as Beach House on Revere Beach, MA for $63.01 million via KeyBank.

The six-story residential building along beautiful Revere Beach features 234 luxury apartment residences ranging from studio to two-bedroom configurations. Resident amenities at Beach House include a rooftop pool and terrace featuring scenic ocean views, a 2,000-square-foot gym, and a movie room.

The south wing of Beach House, a new 234-unit luxury apartment building overlooking picturesque Revere Beach, has been fully framed, with weatherproofing, windows and balconies all installed. The building's north wing is now being framed with wooden panels and has reached the future six-story building's second floor. Beach House will feature luxurious amenities including a rooftop pool and terrace with scenic ocean views, a state-of-the-art gym and a movie room. The following are photographs of Beach House:

Wood framing of Beach House's 6-story structure has begun, with the building's first floor concrete base nearly fully poured. At Beach House's south end, wood framing has reached the building's 5th floor, and the base is fully poured. Concrete pouring is wrapping up at Beach House's north end, and wood framing will begin thereafter. When complete, Beach House will feature 234 luxury apartment residences fronting Revere Beach featuring sweeping ocean views. The following is a photograph of Beach House:

Baystone Development secures $50 million construction financing for Beach House

Baystone Development has secured $50 million in construction financing through First Niagara Bank for Beach House, an under-construction 234-unit luxury apartment building fronting Revere Beach with sweeping ocean views. John Kelly, Kyle Juszczyszyn, Chris Coutts and Lenny Pierce of CBRE/New England arranged the financing with First Niagara Bank Senior Vice President David Yesue and Market Executive Doug MacLean.

“We are pleased to have assisted Baystone Development with the construction financing and look forward to the grand opening of this exciting new development,” noted Kelly of CBRE/New England in an interview with Boston Real Estate Times. "This new development should provide an attractive option to renters seeking a well-located and well-appointed home with great amenities at a discount to downtown Boston options,” said Yeuse of First Niagara Bank. Baystone Development proposes 234 new luxury apartments along Revere Beach

Weston, MA-based Baystone Development proposes to build a six-story residential building along Revere Beach located steps to the Waterfront Square development and the MBTA Blue Line. The building would contain 234 luxury rental apartments ranging from studio to two-bedroom configurations.

Resident amenities would include a rooftop pool, a 2,000 square foot gym and a movie room. The building would include a 368-space parking garage. Start of construction is anticipated by summer 2016.
